[摘要]目的：探讨综合性护理对手外伤患者皮瓣移植术后存活率、视觉模拟评分（VAS）评分及巴氏（Barthel）指数的影
响。方法：选取2015年12月-2018年1月笔者医院整形科行手外伤皮瓣移植术患者82例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各41
例。两组均采用相同的皮瓣移植术，其中对照组采用传统护理干预，观察组采用综合性护理干预。比较两组患者干预后皮
瓣成活率、疼痛评分、日常生活活动能力和满意度。结果：干预后，观察组患者的皮瓣成活率为95.76%，显著高于对照组
（78.04%），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；干预后3d和干预后7d，观察组视觉模拟评分（VAS）低于对照组，差
异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组患者的Barthel指数高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组满意度
（95.12%）明显高于对照组（78.05%），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：综合性护理能显著改善外伤皮瓣移植术后
患者的心理状态，减轻疼痛程度，提升皮瓣存活率和日常生活活动能力，治疗满意度较高，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect on survival rate of flap, VAS score and Barthel index in hand trauma patients after
flap transplantation using comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods 82 hand trauma patients with flap transplantation
admitted into the orthopedics department in our hospital from December 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the
observation group and the control group. Both groups received the same flap transplantation surgery. The control group was
given traditional nursing intervention while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The survival
rate of flap, the score of pain, activity of daily living and satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.
Results After intervention, the survival rate of flap in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (95.76%
vs 78.04%, P ＜0.05). 3 days and 7 days after intervention, the scores of VAS in the observation group were lower than those
in the control group (P ＜0.05). The Barthel index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05).
The satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (95.12% vs 78.05%, P ＜0.05).
Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the psychological state, reduce the degree of pain,
increase the survival rate of flap, activity of daily living and higher satisfaction, which were worthy for clinical application.
