[摘要]目的:探讨玫瑰痤疮与肠道菌群的相关性。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年12月笔者医院皮肤科门诊确诊的玫瑰痤疮志
愿者80例为实验组,并选取同期健康志愿者60例为对照组。采用荧光定量PCR检测肠道菌群中双歧杆菌、肠球菌、肠杆菌、
拟杆菌、梭杆菌和乳酸杆菌的拷贝数,分析两组肠道菌群拷贝数的差异,以及肠道菌群与玫瑰痤疮的相关性。结果:玫瑰痤
疮志愿者肠道菌群中乳酸杆菌、梭杆菌、双歧杆菌的拷贝数及双歧杆菌与肠杆菌比值 (B/E值)均低于健康对照组,肠球菌及
拟杆菌拷贝数高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P <0.05);肠杆菌拷贝数稍低于健康对照组,但差异无统计学意义
(P >0.05)。乳酸杆菌、梭杆菌及双歧杆菌拷贝数与玫瑰痤疮病情呈负相关(P <0.05);肠杆菌及肠球菌拷贝数与玫瑰痤
疮病情呈正相关(P <0.05);拟杆菌与玫瑰痤疮病情之间无明显相关性(P >0.05)。结论:肠道菌群紊乱可能在玫瑰痤疮
发病中起到一定作用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the correlation between rosacea and intestinal flora, and to provide a theoretical basis
for the correlation between intestinal flora and the incidence of rosacea. Methods From January 2015 to December 2017,
we accepted 80 cases of rosacea patients in the dermatology clinic of our hospital as the experimental group, and 60 cases
of health examination in our hospital were selected as control group. Real time PCR was used to detect the copy number
of Bifidobacterium, Enterococcus, Enterobacter, Bacteroides, Fusobacterium and Lactobacillus in the intestinal flora of the
experimental group and the control group. Statistical analysis show the difference of intestinal flora copy number between
the two groups, and the correlation between rosacea condition severity and intestinal flora. Results The copy number of
Lactobacillus, Fusobacterium and Bifidobacterium, and B/E value in the intestine of patients with rosacea were significantly
lower than those in the control group, and the copy number of Enterococcus and Bacteroides in the patients with rosacea
group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (both P <0.05).
However, Enterobacter’s copy number of patients with rosacea group slightly lower than that of the normal control group, the
difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). The copy number of Lactobacillus, Fusobacterium and Bifidobacterium
were negatively correlated with rosacea condition severity (P <0.05). The copy number of Enterobacter and Enterococcus were
positively correlated with rosacea condition severity (P <0.05). The copy number of Bacteroides was not significant correlated
with rosacea condition severity (P >0.05). Conclusion The intestinal flora disorder may be related to the pathogenesis of
rosacea.
