[摘要]目的：研究离子束联合强脉冲光综合美容措施对面部烧伤瘢痕的修复效果，为患者的瘢痕修复提供临床指导。方法：
回顾性分析2015年10月-2018年10月笔者医院治疗的80例面部烧伤瘢痕患者的诊疗情况。按照瘢痕处理方式的不同，将其随
机分为观察组（n =40）和对照组（n =40）。对照组采取常规措施进行面部烧伤瘢痕治疗，涂抹抗瘢痕药物进行治疗；观察
组在常规措施治疗的基础上应用离子束联合强脉冲光的综合美容措施进行治疗。对两组患者的修复效果进行比较分析，并
采用温哥华瘢痕量表（Vancouver scar scale，VSS）对患者的瘢痕情况进行评定。结果：治疗后对照组VSS评分显著高于
观察组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组患者的色素沉着、瘢痕增生和萎缩发生率以及红斑的持续时间均低于对
照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组患者满意度为90.00%明显高于对照组的70.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P
＜0.05）。结论：离子束联合强脉冲光综合美容措施治疗对面部烧伤瘢痕进行修复，可明显降低瘢痕增生和萎缩、色素沉着
的发生率，提高治疗效果，值得在临床应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the effect of ion beam combined with intense pulsed light on the repair of facial burn scar.
Methods 80 patients with facial burn scar treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2018 were randomly divided
into the observation group (n =40) and the control group (n =40) according to random number table method. The patients in
the control group were treated with routine measures for facial burn scars, and the patients were treated with anti-scar drugs.
The patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive cosmetic measures of ion beam combined with intense
pulsed light on the basis of routine measures. The repair effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. The patients’
scars were evaluated with VSS scale. Results After treatment, the VSS score of the control group was significantly higher
than that of the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The incidence of pigmentation,
scar hyperplasia and atrophy and the duration of erythema in the observation group were lower than those in the control
group(P ＜0.05). The satisfaction rate of patients in observation group was 90.00%, which was significantly higher than 70.00%
in control group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion Ion beam combined with intense pulsed light cosmetic treatment can effectively reduce
the incidence of scar hyperplasia, atrophic pigmentation and sedation, improve the therapeutic effect of facial burn scar and
improve the prognosis of facial burn, and it is worthy of clinical application in the treatment of facial burn.
