[摘要]目的：探讨重睑成形术三种手术方法的临床效果，及其并发症发生情况。方法：选取2018年12月-2019年12月于笔者
医院行重睑成形术的就医者108例。根据手术方法分为传统切开法组、Park切开法组、改良切开法组，每组36例。记录三组
手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复时间。随访6个月，观察三组术后重睑效果、并发症发生情况及满意度情况。结果：Park
切开法组与改良切开法组手术时间均短于传统切开法组，且改良切开法组手术时间短于Park切开法组，差异有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）。Park切开法组与改良切开法组重睑变浅发生率均低于传统切开法组，且改良切开法组重睑变浅发生率低于
Park切开法组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。改良切开法组并发症总发生率（5.56%）均低于传统切开法组（25.00%）、
Park切开法组（22.22%），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。改良切开法组总满意度（97.22%）均高于传统切开法组
（77.78%）、Park切开法组（83.33%），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：与传统切开法和Park切开法比较，改良切
开法在重睑成形术中具有更佳的效果，可缩短手术时间，减少并发症，提高满意度，值得临床大力推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect and complications of three kinds of blepharoplasty. Methods Total of 108
patients who underwent double eyelid plasty in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected. According
to the surgical method, all patients with blepharoplasty were divided into the traditional incision method group (n =36), the Park
incision method group (n =36), and the modified incision method group (n =36). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss,
and postoperative recovery time of the three groups were recorded. All the patients with double eyelid plasty were followed up
for 6 months, the effect of double eyelid, the occurrence of complications and satisfactions in the three groups were observed.
Results The operation time of the Park incision method group and the modified incision method group was shorter than that
of the traditional incision method group, and the operation time of the modified incision method group was shorter than that of
the Park incision method group, and the differences were all statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The incidence of double eyelid
shallowing in the Park incision method group and the modified incision method group was lower than that in the traditional
incision method group, and the incidence of double eyelid shallowing in the modified incision method group was lower than
that of the Park incision method group (P ＜0.05). The total occurrence of complications in the modified incision method group
(5.56%) was lower than that in the the traditional incision method group (25.00%) and the Park incision method group (22.22%),
and the differences were all statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The total satisfaction of the modified incision method group
(97.22%) was higher than that of the traditional incision method group (77.78%) and the Park incision method group (83.33%),
and the difference were all statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional incision method and
the Park incision method, the modified incision method has a better clinical effect in blepharoplasty, which can shorten the
operation time, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
