[摘要]目的：研究寻常痤疮中医药外治组方配伍规律。方法：检索中国期刊全文数据库 ( CNKI) 、万方（WangFang）、维
普（Vip）、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM) ，查找20年间所报道的寻常痤疮外治方药相关文献，利用 Excel 建立方药数据
库，对所收集的数据进行方剂和中药名称的规范，应用SPSS22.0、SPSS Modeler进行频数分析、聚类分析、因子分析和关联
规则分析。结果：最终符合要求的文献共129篇，所含方剂163首，共有药物179味，以清热药、活血化瘀药、解表药为主；
累计频数1 193次，其中32味高频药物频次占总比65%，高频药物可分为4个聚类方，对高频药物进行因子分析得出13个公因
子，关联规则分析后以丹参→黄连的支持度最高，达19.53%。 结论：寻常痤疮从血分辨证论治，中医外治原则以清热解
表、活血化瘀为主，同时辅以解毒祛风、燥湿止痒。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine for acne vulgaris. Methods Search the
Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), WanFang, Vip, and China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM) to find the
literatures related to external treatment of acne vulgaris reported in the 20 years from 2000 to 2019, and use Excel establishes a
prescription medicine database, standardizes the prescriptions and names of traditional Chinese medicine on the collected data,
and uses SPSS 20.0 and SPSS Modeler to perform frequency analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis, and association rule
analysis. Results As a result, there were 129 articles that met the requirements, containing 163 prescriptions, with a total of
179 flavors, mainly heat-clearing drugs, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs, and anti-surface drugs,
the cumulative frequency was 1193 times, of which 32 high-frequency drugs accounted for 65%, high-frequency drugs can
be divided into 4 clusters, suitable for factor analysis, and obtained 13 common factors, association rules results show Salvia
miltiorrhiza→Huanglian has the highest support, reaching 19.53%. Conclusion The treatment of acne vulgaris is based on the
differentiation of blood syndrome. The principle of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is to clear away heat and
dissolve the surface, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, and at the same time supplement with detoxification,
expelling wind, dryness and dampness.
