[摘要]目的：探讨口服普萘洛尔联合Nd:YAG激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的美容效果。方法：采用随机数字表法将笔者医院2017年
1月-2020年11月收治的80例血管瘤患儿分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组给予Nd:YAG激光治疗，观察组给予口服普萘
洛尔联合Nd:YAG激光治疗，比较两组患者的治疗近期效果、治疗前后的皮肤损伤评分、炎性因子水平、不良反应及美容效果
评分。结果：观察组总有效率为90.00%，对照组总有效率为70.00%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观
察组皮肤损伤评分明显低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组NT-pro BNP、IL-10、hs-CRP水平均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；
两组患者治疗过程中均未出现出血、感染及溃疡加重等并发症。观察组并发症发生率为10.00%，稍低于对照组的20.00%
（P ＞0.05）；治疗后，观察组的美容效果评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论：口服普萘洛尔联合
Nd:YAG激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤疗效较好，能够快速、有效地控制病情，使其快速消退，遗留痕迹轻，降低患儿体内的炎性反
应，安全性较高。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To explore the cosmetic effect of oral propranolol combined with Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of infantile
hemangioma. Methods Using a random number table method, 80 children with hemangioma admitted to author`s hospital from
January 2017 to November 2020 were divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control
group was treated with Nd:YAG laser, while observation group was treated with propranolol and Nd:YAG laser. The short-term
curative effect, scores of skin damage, levels of inflammatory factors, adverse reactions and scores of cosmetic effect before
and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in total response rate between observation
group and control group were statistically significant (90.00% vs 70.00%) (P ＜0.05). After treatment, scores of skin damage in
observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜0.05), and there was no significant difference before
treatment between the two groups (P ＞0.05). NT-pro BNP, IL-10 and hs-CRP levels in observation group were lower than those
in the control group after treatment (P ＜0.05). There were no complications such as bleeding, infection and worsening ulcers
during treatment in either group. The incidence of complications in observation group was slightly lower than that in control
group (10.00% vs 20.00%) (P ＞0.05). There were no significant differences in scores of cosmetic effect between the two groups
before treatment (P ＞0.05), which were significantly higher in observation group than control group after treatment (P ＜0.05).
Conclusion The curative effect of oral propranolol combined with NdYAG laser is good on infantile hemangioma.It can
quickly and effectively control conditions, make it disappear quickly with few traces, and reduce inflammatory reactions, with
high safety.
