[摘要]目的：探寻可能影响A型肉毒毒素治疗痤疮瘢痕疗效的高危因素，旨在为未来痤疮瘢痕的治疗方案提供指导。方法：
回顾性分析笔者医院2018年9月-2019年9月接受A型肉毒毒素治疗的痤疮瘢痕患者临床资料，根据患者治疗效果分为有效组与
无效组，采用自制资料调查表，仔细阅读患者临床资料，详细记录相关情况，经单因素与多因素分析找出影响A型肉毒毒素
治疗痤疮瘢痕疗效的因素。结果：120例入组患者均已经A型肉毒毒素治疗，将治疗有效的108例痤疮瘢痕患者（治愈48例、
有效60例）纳入有效组；治疗无效的12例患者纳入无效组。经单因素与多因素Logistic多元回归模型分析，结果显示：在校
正其他基线资料带来的影响后，痤疮瘢痕严重程度、瘢痕最长直径、伤口感染史、合并其他皮肤性疾病、SAS、SDS评分及病
程均是导致痤疮瘢痕患者A型肉毒毒素治疗效果的影响因素（OR ＞1，P ＜0.05）。结论：A型肉毒毒素治疗痤疮瘢痕的效果与
痤疮瘢痕严重程度、瘢痕最长直径、伤口感染史、合并其他皮肤性疾病、SAS、SDS评分及病程密切相关，当患者合并上述高
风险因素时，应积极针对性干预措施，便于治疗顺利开展，确保A型肉毒毒素治疗效果。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the high-risk factors that may affect the effect of botulinum toxin A in the treatment of acne
scar, so as to provide guidance for the treatment of acne scar in the future. Methods the clinical data of acne scar patients
treated with botulinum toxin type A in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were collected and divided into
effective group and ineffective group according to the treatment effect. The patients were carefully read the clinical data of
patients with acne by self-made questionnaire, and the relevant situation was recorded in detail. The influence of botulinum
toxin A on acne treatment was found out by univariate and multivariate analysis Factors influencing the therapeutic effect of
ulcerative scar. Results After treatment with botulinum toxin A, 48 cases were cured, 60 cases were effective, which were
included in the effective group,12 cases were ineffective, and they were included in the invalid group. After adjusting for the
influence of other baseline data, the results showed that the severity of acne scar, the longest diameter of scar,the history of
wound infection, complications with other skin diseases, SAS, SDS score and disease course were the influencing factors of
botulinum toxin a treatment effect in patients with acne scar (OR＞1, P ＜0.05）. Conclusion The effect of botulinum toxin
A in the treatment of acne scar is closely related to the severity of acne scar, the longest diameter of scar, the history of wound
infection, the combination of other skin diseases, SAS, SDS score and course of disease.
