摘要:
目的:探讨点阵CO2激光联合2940nm铒像素激光治疗皮肤光老化的疗效及其安全性。方法:选取2016年3月-2019年10月在笔者医院皮肤科就诊的126例皮肤光老化就医者为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组63例。对照组应用点阵CO2激光治疗,观察组应用CO2点阵激光联合2940nm铒像素激光治疗。治疗后均随访1个月,比较两组临床疗效、皮肤评分及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率(98.41%)高于对照组(88.89%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组皮肤评分均低于治疗前,且观察组皮肤评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率(7.94%)低于对照组(20.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:点阵CO2激光联合2940nm铒像素激光治疗皮肤光老化具有良好效果,可提高皮肤质地,减少不良反应的发生,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of CO2 fractional laser combined with 2?940nm erbium pixel laser in the treatment of skin photoaging. Methods Total of 126 patients with skin photoaging who were treated in the dermatology department of our hospital from March 2016 to October 2019 were selected. According to the random number method, the patients with skin photoaging were divide into the control group (n=63) and the observation group (n=63). The patients with skin photoaging in the control group was treated with CO 2 fractional laser, and the patients with skin photoaging in the observation group was treated with CO 2 fractional laser combined with 2?940 nm erbium pixel laser. All patients were followed up for 1 months. The clinical efficacy, skin scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (98.41%) was higher than that of the control group (88.89%), and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, the skin scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the skin scores of the observation group were lower than the control group, and the difference were all statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (7.94%) was lower than that in the control group (20.63%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion CO 2 fractional laser combined with 2?940 nm erbium pixel laser has a good effect in the treatment of skin photoaging, which can improve the skin texture and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
