摘要:
目的：探讨早期全程护理联合出院后延续性护理在大面积深度烧伤Meek植皮术中的应用效果，并观察其对患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取2017年6月-2020年9月笔者医院收治的大面积深度烧伤患者78例作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各39例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组采用早期全程护理联合出院后延续性护理。比较两组疗效，采用疼痛视觉模拟评分（Visual analogue scale，VAS）和烧伤健康专用量表（Burn specific health scale，BSHS-A）对患者疼痛程度和生活质量进行评分，并调查患者满意度。结果：护理后，对照组总有效率为79.49%低于观察组的94.87%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组VAS评分均低于护理前，躯体功能、社会关系、一般健康状况、心理功能评分均高于护理前，且观察组VAS评分低于对照组，躯体功能、社会关系、一般健康状况、心理功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组总满意率（92.31%）高于对照组（74.36%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：早期全程护理联合出院后延续性护理在大面积深度烧伤Meek植皮术中的应用效果好，能够有效提高护理效果，降低患者疼痛程度，改善生活质量，且患者满意率高，值得推广。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of early full-course nursing combined with continuous care after discharge in Meek skin grafting for large-area deep burns, and to observe its impact on the quality of life of patients. Methods Total of 78 patients with extensive deep burns admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group (n=39) and the observation group (n=39). The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was treated with early full-course nursing combined with continuous care after discharge. The effecacy of the two groups was compared, and the Visual analogue scale (VAS) for pain and the Burn specific health scale (BSHS-A) were used to score the pain degree and quality of life of the patients, and the degree of satisfaction of the patients was investigated. Results After nursing, the effective rate of the control group was 79.49%, lower than that of the observation group (94.87%), the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the scores of physical function, social relations, general health status and psychological function were higher than those before nursing (P＜0.05). The VAS score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, and the scores of physical function, social relations, general health status and psychological function were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group (92.31%) was higher than that of the control group (74.36%, P＜0.05). Conclusion Early full-course nursing combined with continuous nursing after discharge has a good application effect in Meek skin grafting for large-area deep burns, which can effectively improve the nursing effect, reduce the pain of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and the high patient satisfaction rate, which is worthy of promotion.
