摘要:
微针射频通过矩阵式排布的微针发射射频电流,作用于特定深度的皮肤组织,刺激新的胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白及透明质 酸形成,从而促进真皮重建,达到皮肤美容的目的。研究表明,微针射频是一种安全、有效、微创的美容手段,目前已用于 改善皮肤老化、痤疮及瘢痕、原发性腋窝多汗症、膨胀纹和脱发等皮肤问题,其不良反应少,停工期短,炎症后色素沉着发 生率低,尤其适合深肤色人群。近年来,微针射频更多地与其他技术相结合,疗效显著,有良好的应用前景。本文对微针射 频的作用机制及其在皮肤美容领域的应用进展作一综述。
Abstract:
Microneedle radiofrequency technique produces radiofrequency current by microneedle arrays, which acts on the skin tissue at a specifi c depth. The eff ect is to promote dermal reconstruction by stimulating the proliferation of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. Studies have shown that it is a safe, eff ective and minimally invasive cosmetic method. Now, it has been applied to treat skin problems including skin aging, acne vulgaris, acne scars, primary axillary hyperhidrosis, striae distensae and alopecia. It is associated with few adverse eff ects while allowing a quick recovery time, especially suitable for the darker skinned because of low risks of post-infl ammatory hyperpigmentation. Currently, it has been used in combination with other technologies and has shown remarkable therapeutic eff ects and favorable application prospects. In this paper, its mechanism and application in cosmetic dermatology are reviewed.
