摘要:
目的：探究中下面部线雕联合局部注射填充在面部年轻化中的应用价值。方法：选择2019年-2021年12月笔者医院 皮肤科收治的需年轻化治疗的112例女性就医者，按随机数字表法分为对照组（56例）和观察组（56例）。对照组采用透 明质酸局部注射填充，观察组采用中下面部线雕联合透明质酸局部注射填充，比较两组临床疗效、皮肤状态、面部皱纹改 善情况、生活质量及不良反应。结果：术后1周，观察组临床疗效优良率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；术后3个月，观察组水 分、弹性评分高于对照组，油脂评分低于对照组（均P＜0.05），改良Fitzpatrick皱纹量表、整体美学改善量表（Global aesthetic improvement scale,GAIS）评分均优于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分均 高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计意义（P＞0.05）。结论：中下面部线雕联合局部注射填充抗 衰效果显著，可进一步提高临床疗效，改善皮肤质地、皱纹等，不良反应轻微，美学效果好。
Abstract:
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the application value of anti-aging of middle and lower facial line carving combined with local injection fi lling in facial rejuvenation. Methods A total of 112 female patients who needed rejuvenation treatment in the author’s department from 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group (56 cases) and the observation group (56 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with local injection of hyaluronic acid,and the observation group was treated with middle and lower facial line carving combined with local injection of hyaluronic acid.The clinical efficacy,skin condition,improvement of facial wrinkles,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results At 1 week after operation,the excellent and good rate of clinical effi cacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05).At 3 months after operation,the moisture and elasticity scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the oil score was lower than that of the control group (all P＜0.05).The modifi ed Fitzpatrick wrinkle scale and global aesthetic improvement scale (GAIS) scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P ＜0.05),and the scores of psychological function,social function and material life status of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P ＜0.05).There was no signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Middle and lower facial line carving combined with local injection fi lling can achieve defi nite anti-aging eff ect in facial rejuvenation,which can improve the clinical eff ect and facial aging state,with mild adverse reactions and good aesthetic eff ect.
