摘要:
目的：探讨透明质酸钠凝胶注射与射频联合应用对口周年轻化的临床疗效。方法：选择2019年4月-2020年1月笔者医 院收治的预行口周年轻化治疗的96例女性就医者，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各48例。对照组采用0.5 ml透明质 酸钠凝胶口周分点注射，观察组经医用射频技术治疗后再联合透明质酸钠凝胶注射。比较治疗1、6个月后临床疗效、口周皮 肤状态及就医者满意度。结果：治疗后1个月，两组临床疗效及就医者满意率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后6 个月，观察组皮肤水润度和弹性度评分、临床总有效率及就医者满意率均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组均未发生严重不良 反应。结论：透明质酸钠凝胶注射联合射频可延长周口年轻化效果，不良反应较小，具有一定应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical eff ect of combination of sodium hyaluronate gel injection and Radiofrequency on the perioral rejuvenation. Methods A total of 96 female patients who were admitted to the author’s hospital for perioral rejuvenation treatment from April 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 0.5 ml perioral injection of sodium hyaluronate gel, and the observation group was treated with medical thermomaggie technique combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate gel. The clinical efficacy, perioral skin status and patient satisfaction were compared after 1 and 6 months of treatment. Results One month after treatment, there was no signifi cant diff erence in clinical effi cacy and patient satisfaction between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Six months after treatment, the scores of skin moisture and elasticity, the total clinical eff ective rate and the satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). No serious complications occurred in both groups. Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate gel injection combined with Radiofrequency can prolong the effect of perioral rejuvenation, with less adverse reactions, and has certain application value.
