[摘要]目的：探讨重组人表皮生长因子对深Ⅱ度烧伤患者创面愈合效果及相关指标因子的影响。方法：选取笔者医院2015
年10月-2018年10月收治的深Ⅱ度烧伤患者120例为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，其中对照组患者给予纳
米银敷料治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合重组人表皮生长因子（Recombinant human epidermal growth factor，rhEGF）
治疗。观察两组患者创面愈合效果和创面恢复情况，并比较两组患者血清炎症因子水平、VEGF以及FGF水平。结果：观察组创
面愈合总有效率、创面愈合时间、分泌物消失时间以及炎性症状消失时间均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治
疗后第7天观察组TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6以及VEGF水平均低于对照组、EGF高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结
论：rhEGF治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤患者可降低机体炎症反应，并加速创面愈合。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of The effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor on wound healing
and its related factors in patients with deep second degree burn. Methods From October 2015 to October 2018, 120 patients
with deep second degree burn in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table
method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group. The patients in the control group were treated
with nano silver dressing, and the observation group was treated with rhEGF on the basis of the control group. The wound
healing effect and wound recovery of the two groups were observed, and the levels of serum inflammatory factors, VEGF
and FGF were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate, healing time, secretion disappearance time
and inflammatory symptoms disappearance time of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the
differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). On the 7th day after treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6 and VEGF in
the observation group were lower than those in the control group and EGF were higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05).
Conclusion rhEGF can reduce the inflammatory reaction and accelerate the wound healing.
