摘要:
目的：探讨美宝湿润烧伤膏湿润暴露疗法（Moist exposed burn ointment/Moist exposed burn therapy，MEBO/MEBT)对氢氟酸手部烧伤患者创面微循环及愈合质量的影响，以期为临床治疗方法的选择提供参考。方法：选择2017年11月-2021年1月在笔者医院接受诊治的氢氟酸手部烧伤患者15例，给予美宝湿润烧伤膏湿润暴露疗法治疗。观察并记录所有患者临床疗效，检测创面微循环相关因子水平[血管内皮生长因子（Vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF）、表皮细胞生长因子（Epidermal growth factor，EGF）]。结果：15例患者平均愈合时间为（12.3±2.9）d，平均换药次数为（24.3±7.5）次。愈合后手指功能均良好，瘢痕少而软，生活正常。15例患者治愈13例（86.67%），显效2例（13.33%），治疗总有效率为100%。治疗后第3天，VEGF及EGF水平明显高于治疗前；治疗后第7天，VEGF及EGF水平明显高于治疗前和治疗后第3天，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对氢氟酸手部烧伤患者采用MEBO/MEBT治疗效果显著，有利于改善创面微循环，促进创面愈合，提高患者愈合质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of MEBO/MEBT on wound microcirculation and healing quality of patients with hand burns caused by hydrofluoric acid, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 15 patients with with hand burns caused by hydrofluoric acid in our hospital from November 2017 to January 2021. All patients were treated with MEBO/MEBT. The clinical effects of all patients were observed and recorded, and the levels of wound microcirculation related factors (VEGF, EGF) were detected. Results The average healing time of 15 patients was (12.3±2.9)d, and the average number of dressing changes was (24.3±7.5). After healing, the finger function was good, the scar was few and soft, and the life was normal. Among the 15 patients, 13 cases were cured (86.67%), 2 cases were markedly effective (13.33%), and the total effective rate was 100.00%. On the 3rd day after treatment, the levels of VEGF and EGF were significantly higher than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significan (P ＜0.05). On the 7th day after treatment, the levels of VEGF and EGF were significantly higher than those before treatment and on the 3rd day after treatment (P＜0.05). Conclusion MEBO/MEBT is effective in the treatment of hydrofluoric acid hand burn patients, which is conducive to improving wound microcirculation, promoting wound healing and improving the quality of healing
