摘要:
玫瑰痤疮是一种主要累及面中部的慢性炎症性皮肤病,其发病机制尚不清楚,遗传和环境因素可造成免疫系统失调而 诱发,并且加重病情。玫瑰痤疮与部分慢性疾病相关,原因不明,可能与免疫失调有关。在临床实践中,原有的亚型分类近 年来逐渐转变为表型分类,并且以此指导治疗,治疗方法以对症治疗为主,一些分子机制的研究也提供了新的治疗方向。本 综述回顾了近年来在该领域的研究进展。
Abstract:
Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin disease mainly affecting the central face. This article reviewed recent advances in rosacea. Although its pathogenesis has not been thoroughly understood, immune disorders caused by genetic or environmental factors may trigger or worsen rosacea. Rosacea is associated with many chronic diseases, which may be attributed to immune dysfunction. In clinic practice, a phenotype-based diagnosis and classifi cation method is replacing the previously subtype-based one. Symptomatic treatment is recommended for rosacea patients. Studies on molecular mechanisms also provide a new direction for rosacea treatment.
