摘要:
瘢痕疙瘩是一种良性纤维增生性皮肤肿瘤，皮损往往超出原始伤口的边界。目前对于瘢痕疙瘩的预防和治疗，主要是 手术切除联合局部放疗、类固醇注射及压迫治疗，但这些方法大多疗效有限，因而仍需进一步探索治疗方案。病灶内药物注 射疗法经济方便且易被患者广泛接受，然而单一药物注射效果欠佳且容易复发。越来越多的研究发现联合注射疗法总体优于 单一注射疗法,如传统类固醇联合其他药物或改进药物注射方式。本文就近几年药物联合注射治疗瘢痕疙瘩的最新研究进展 进行综述。
Abstract:
Keloid is a benign fi broproliferative skin tumor, the skin lesions often extend beyond the boundary of the original wound. At present, the prevention and treatment of keloids are mainly surgical resection combined with local radiotherapy, steroid injection, and compression therapy, but most of these methods have limited effi cacy, so further treatment options are still needed. Intralesional drug injection therapy is economical ,convenient and easy to be widely accepted by patients. However, single drug injection has poor eff ect and is prone to relapse. More and more studies have found that combined injection therapy is generally better than single injection therapy.Such as injecting traditional steroids combined with other drugs or improving drug injection methods. This article briefl y reviews the latest research progress of combined drug injection in the treatment of keloids in recent years.
