摘要:
目的：探讨自我同情正念训练对烧伤整形植皮患者预后的影响。方法：选取2019年2月-2021年2月于笔者医院进行烧 伤整形植皮患者74例为研究对象。按照入组时间顺序，分为对照组和观察组，每组各37例。对照组给予术后常规心理护理， 观察组在此基础上给予为期8周的自我同情正念训练。比较两组患者自我同情、正念、自我复原力及生活质量水平。结果： 干预后，观察组自我同情总得分为（87.54±4.38）分显著高于对照组的（79.83±2.62）分，且各维度得分优于对照 组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组正念水平均较干预前有所提高，且观察组显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意 义（P＜0.05）。观察组自我复原力得分为（65.57±1.75）分显著高于对照组（56.71±2.93）分，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）。两组生活质量得分均较干预前有所提高，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：自 我同情正念训练能够有效改善烧伤整形植皮患者自我同情、自我复原力及生活质量，对提升术后效果促进患者回归社会都有 一定积极的作用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the eff ect of self-compassion mindfulness training on prognosis of burn patients undergoing plastic skin grafting. Methods A total of 74 patients with plastic skin grafting for burns in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects. Patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the chronological order of enrollment, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was given routine psychological care after surgery, and the observation group was given self-compassion mindfulness training for 8 weeks on the basis of this. The levels of self-compassion, mindfulness, self-resilience and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the total score of self-compassion in the observation group was (87.54±4.38) signifi cantly higher than the total score of self-compassion in the control group(79.83±2.62), and the scores of each dimension were better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The level of mindfulness in two groups was increased compared with before intervention, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P＜0.05). The score of self-resilience in the observation group was (65.57±1.75) signifi cantly higher than that in the control group (56.71±2.93), the diff erence was statistically signifi cant (P＜0.05). The scores of quality of life in both groups were improved compared with before intervention, and the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The self-compassion mindfulness training can eff ectively improve the self-compassion, self-resilience and life quality of burn plastic skin graft patients, and has a certain positive eff ect on improving the postoperative eff ect and promoting the patients’ return to society.
