摘要:
目的：分析微创拔牙即刻种植技术在前牙修复中的应用价值。方法：选取2019年1月-2020年10月笔者医院口腔科收 治的90例上颌前牙缺失患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组45例。对照组给予微创拔牙后延期种 植术，观察组给予微创拔牙后即刻种植术，记录并对比两组的临床效果、种植体稳定性、种植体周围探诊深度、美学评 分及患者满意度。结果：修复完成后，两组临床效果对比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；种植后3个月及6个月，两组种 植体稳定性对比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组修复后3个月、6个月种植体周围探诊深度均低于对照组，差异有 统计学意义（P＜0.05）。修复后即刻，两组红色美学指数(Pink esthetic score,PES)和白色美学指数（White esthetic score,WES）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；修复后6个月，观察组PES、WES评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学 意义（P＜0.05）；观察组总满意度97.78%，明显高于对照组的82.22%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：微创拔牙后 即刻种植术与延期种植术均能较好地修复前牙缺失，但即刻种植术的美学评分及患者满意度要高于对照组。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the application value of minimally invasive tooth extraction immediate implant technique in anterior teeth restoration. Methods A total of 90 patients with maxillary anterior tooth loss admitted to the Department of Stomatology of the author’s hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects. According to random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 45 patients in each group.The control group received delayed implantation after receiving minimally invasive tooth extraction, and the observation group received immediate implantation after receiving minimally invasive tooth extraction. The clinical effect, implant stability, peripheral probing depth, aesthetic score and patient satisfaction of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results After repair, the clinical eff ects of the two groups were compared (P ＞0.05).At 3 and 6 months after implantation, the stability of the two groups was compared (P＞0.05).The peri-implant probing depth of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 3 and 6 months after repair, the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P ＜0.05).Immediately after repair, PES and WES scores were compared between the two groups (P＞0.05); At 6 months after repair, PES and WES scores in observation group were higher than those in control group, the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P ＜0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.78% higher than that of the control group (82.22%),the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P ＜0.05). Conclusion Both immediate implantation and delayed implantation after minimally invasive tooth extraction could better repair anterior tooth loss, but the aesthetic score and patient satisfaction of immediate implantation were higher than those of the control group.
