摘要:
牙槽骨主要由骨皮质、骨松质及固有牙槽骨构成,其中骨皮质主要构成牙槽骨外层,发挥机械支撑的作用。在正畸治 疗中,骨皮质厚度与微支抗钉植入的成功率、正畸牙的移动及其牙周组织的健康密切相关。骨皮质厚度受众多因素影响,如 错牙合畸形的类型、牙槽骨分布区域、性别、年龄等。现就牙槽骨骨皮质厚度的相关影响因素的研究进行综述。
Abstract:
Alveolar bone is mainly composed of cortical bone, cancellous bone and intrinsic alveolar bone, among which cortical bone mainly constitutes the outer layer of alveolar bone and plays the role of mechanical support. In orthodontic treatment, cortical bone thickness is closely related to the success rate of miniscrews implantation, the movement of orthodontic teeth and the health of periodontium. Alveolar cortical thickness is aff ected by many factors, such as the type of malocclusion, alveolar bone distribution area, gender, age,etc. This article reviews the research on the infl uencing factors of alveolar cortical thickness.
