摘要:
玫瑰痤疮是一种累及面部的慢性炎症性疾病,其临床表现多变,包括潮红、红斑、丘疹、脓疱、毛细血管扩张和 增生肥大等,容易与其他面部皮肤病混淆,导致误诊。其中红斑与毛细血管扩张是玫瑰痤疮的常见临床表现,这两者的 量化检测在诊断疾病、评估严重程度和随访评测中至关重要。然而玫瑰痤疮临床表现不一,检测技术繁多,暂时缺少统一 的客观评测和量化标准。本文整理了各种可用于玫瑰痤疮红斑及皮肤血流的无创检测技术的检测原理与适用范围,包括激光 多普勒血流仪、光谱测定法、计算机辅助的图像分析、毛细血管显微镜与皮肤镜等,比较了各项技术的优劣,并给出技术选 择上的建议。
Abstract:
Rosacea is a chronic infl ammatory facial disease,which clinical manifestation varies,including fl ushing,erythema,papu le,pustule,telangiectasia and phymatous change.Erythema and telangiectasia are common presentations of rosacea,which makes their quantitative measurement essential to diagnosing and evaluating this disease. However,these measurement technics varies with rosacea’s diverse manifestations,lacking standardized protocol.This review walks through the principle and adaptation of non-invasive measurement technics of rosacea erythema and telangiectasia,including laser doppler velocimeter,spectrometry, computer-aided imaging analysis, capillaroscopy and dermoscopy,compares their pros and cons,and gives advises of picking suitable technics.
