[摘要]目的：比较532nm钾钛磷酸盐激光与595nm脉冲染料激光治疗面部痤疮后红斑的疗效和安全性。方法：将20例面部痤疮
后红斑患者随机分为两组。A组：10例，532nm钾钛磷酸盐激光治疗；B组：10例，595nm脉冲染料激光治疗，1个疗程30d，共
治疗3次。分析患者治疗前后的疗效、疼痛评分、不良反应及满意度。结果：A组的治疗效果优于B组，VAS视觉评分表明，A
组的疼痛度低于B组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。患者治疗后的满意度评价，A组显著优于B组。595nm脉冲
染料激光治疗不良反应包括红斑、紫癜反应，均在数小时至数天消失。结论：应用532nm钾钛磷酸盐激光与595nm脉冲染料激
光治疗面部痤疮后红斑均安全、有效，但532nm钾钛磷酸盐激光效果、疼痛程度和满意度优于595nm脉冲染料激光，适合临床
推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of 532nm potassium titanium phosphate laser with 595 pulse dye laser
in the treatment of erythematous facial acne. Methods Twenty patients with erythematous facial acne were randomly divided
into 532nm potassium titanophosphate laser therapy in group A and 595 pulsed dye laser therapy in group B,one month as
a course of treatment for 3 times. Analysis of patients before and after treatment, pain scores, adverse reactions, satisfaction.
Results The effect of group A was better than group B. VAS visual score found that the pain in group A was lower than that
in group B, the difference was statistically significant. Satisfaction evaluation A group was significantly better than the group
B. 595 pulse dye laser adverse reactions, including erythema, purpura reaction, all disappear in a few hours to several days.
Conclusion Both 532nm potassium titanium phosphate laser and 595 pulse dye laser are both safe and effective for the
treatment of erythematous facial acne. However, the efficacy and pain degree of 532nm potassium-titanium phosphate laser is
better than that of 595 pulse dye laser and is much more suitable for clinical application.
