摘要:
[摘要]目的：观察CO2点阵激光联合A型肉毒毒素透皮给药技术治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效及安全性。方法：选择30例面部痤疮瘢
痕患者，随机分为试验组和对照组,每组15例。试验组CO2点阵激光治疗后立即予以A型肉毒毒素外涂，共3d；对照组单纯采用CO2点阵
激光治疗。均治疗3个周期,每次治疗间隔1个月,治疗后随访6个月，统计治疗前后ECCA权重评分表和有效率。结果：试验组ECCA评分
数值和有效率均优于对照组。结论：CO2点阵激光联合A型肉毒毒素透皮给药技术治疗面部痤疮瘢痕疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective Assessed the clinical safety and effectiveness of fractional ultra-pulsed CO2 laser combined with
transdermal delivery of botulinum toxin A (BTX) in the treatment of acne scars. Methods 30 patients with acne scar from
March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as observation objects, and they were divided into observation group (n =15) and
control group (n =15).All the patients received 3 sessions of treatment at one month intervals. The observation group was treated
by fractional ultra-pulsed CO2 laser combined with transdermal delivery of botulinum toxin A (BTX).The control group was
only treated by fractional ultra-pulsed CO2 laser. The effect was evaluated using the ECCA grading scale before treatment and
during clinic re-visit. Results The ECCA grading scale and the total effective rate of The observation group were significantly
higher than those of The control group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion Fractional ultra-pulsed CO2 laser combined with transdermal
delivery of botulinum toxin A (BTX) in the treatment of acne scars can achieve good efficacy.
