目的:探究点阵CO2激光Deep FX+Active FX 模式治疗痤疮瘢痕疗效。方法:选取笔者医院2020年1月-2022年1月收治 的116例痤疮瘢痕患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(采用点阵CO2激光Deep FX+Active FX 模式治疗)58例 和对照组(采用点阵CO2激光Deep FX模式治疗)58例。观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、瘢痕情况、疼痛与瘙痒情况、 面部皮肤相关指数、不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组86.21%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患 者的色泽、血管分布、厚度、柔软度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组疼痛情况评分比较,差异无统计学 意义(P>0.05);观察组瘙痒情况评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组红斑指数、棕色斑指数、紫外线光斑指数、毛孔 指数、纹路指数及斑点指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结 论:点阵CO2激光Deep FX+Active FX 模式能够提高痤疮瘢痕患者的临床疗效,改善瘢痕情况,降低瘙痒情况与面部皮肤相关 指数,值得临床推广。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the efficacy of fractional CO2 laser Deep FX + Active FX in the treatment of acne scars. Methods A total of 116 patients with acne scars admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group (58 cases, fractional CO2 laser Deep FX + Active FX) and control group (58 cases, fractional CO2 laser Deep FX). The clinical effi cacy, scar condition, pain and pruritus, facial skin-related indexes and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in observation group was 96.55%, which was higher than 86.21% in control group(P<0.05).The scores of aspects of, color, vascular distribution, thickness and softness in observation group after treatment were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). There was no statistical signifi cance in the score of pain after treatment between both groups (P >0.05). After treatment, the observation group has lower pruritus score than control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the erythema index, brown spot index, ultraviolet spot index, pore index, texture index and spot index in observation group were lower compared with those in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the adverse reactions were not statistically diff erent between both groups (P >0.05). Conclusion fractional CO2 laser Deep FX + Active FX can enhance the clinical effi cacy, improve the scar condition, and reduce the pruritus and facial skin-related indexes in patients with acne scars.
