摘要:
目的：探究Maslow理论指导下的护理干预对烧伤后瘢痕整形患者术后康复和心理状态的影响。方法：选取2018年 6 月-2021年5月笔者医院收治的113例烧伤后瘢痕整形患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组（n=58）和对照组 （n=55）。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组在对照组的基础上加以Maslow理论指导下的护理干预，统计比较两组皮片成 活率、心理状态评分[汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton anxiety scale，HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton depression scale，HAMD）、非精神科住院患者心理评定量表（Mental status scale in non-psychiatric settings，MSSNS）]、自我 体象认知评分[体象障碍自评量表（Body image rating scale，BIRS）]、自我接纳评分[自我接纳问卷（Self acceptance quenstionnaire，SAQ）]、应对方式评分[医学应对问卷（Madical coping method questionnaire ，MCMQ）]。结果：干预 后，观察组皮片成活率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预1个月后，观察组HAMA、HAMD、MSSNS、BIRS、MCMQ回避及屈服评分均 低于对照组，SAQ、MCMQ面对评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：Maslow理论指导下护理干预可改 善患者心理状态和应对方式，纠正其自我形象认知，提高自我接纳度，利于患者术后恢复。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention under the guidance of Maslow theory on postoperative rehabilitation and psychological state of burn patients with scar plastic surgery. Methods A total of 113 patients with scar plastic surgery after burns admitted to the author’s hospital from June 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group (n=58) and the control group (n=55). The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given nursing intervention under the guidance of Maslow theory on the basis of the control group. The skin graft survival rate, mental state score [Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), mental status scale in non-psychiatric settings (MSSNS)], self-body image cognition score [body image rating scale (BIRS)], self-acceptance score [self-acceptance questionnaire (SAQ)], and coping style score [medical coping modes questionnaire (MCMQ)] were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the survival rate of skin grafts in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After 1 month of intervention, the avoidance and yield scores of HAMA, HAMD, MSSNS, BIRS, MCMQ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the confrontation scores of SAQ and MCMQ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically signifi cant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention under the guidance of Maslow theory can improve the psychological state and coping style of patients, correct their self-image cognition, and improve their self-acceptance, which is conducive to postoperative recovery of patients.
