摘要:
本文主要概述了皮肤角质的屏障功能与代谢机制，并介绍了皮肤图像分析法、角质层染色法、模拟污渍法、摩擦性能 测试法、角质剥脱测试法、皮肤切片法、皮肤模型替代法、细胞生物法、生物化学法等皮肤角质功效评价方法，提供了去角 质功效评价的新思路，展望角质管理产品的发展及研究方向。
Abstract:
This paper summarizes the barrier function and metabolic mechanism of skin stratum corneum, and introduces the evaluation methods of skin stratum corneum effi cacy, such as skin image analysis method, stratum corneum staining method, simulated stain method, friction performance test method, keratinocyte exfoliation test method, skin slice method, skin model substitution method, cell biology method and biochemical method. It provides a new idea for the evaluation of exfoliation effi cacy, and looks forward to the development and research direction of stratum corneum management products.
