[摘要]目的：探讨益肾坚骨汤配合米诺环素与西帕依固龈液治疗局限型侵袭性牙周炎的临床效果。方法：将106例局限型侵
袭性牙周炎患者随机分为2组，对照组53例应用米诺环素与西帕依固龈液治疗，研究组53例应用益肾坚骨汤配合米诺环素
与西帕依固龈液治疗，两组均为同一医师持续治疗4周。对比两组治疗后临床疗效，检测两组治疗前后牙周指标和血清血
清C反应蛋白（C-reactive protein, CRP）、α-肿瘤坏死因子（Tumor necrosis factor-α, TNF-α）、白细胞介素-17
（Interleukin-17, IL-17）水平。结果：治疗后，研究组临床治疗总有效率86.79%显著高于对照组的66.04%，差异有统计
学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组菌斑指数（Plaque index, PLI）、牙周袋深度（Pocket depth，PD）、龈沟出血指数（Sulcus
bleeding index，SBI）及临床附着丧失（Clinical attachment loss，CAL）水平均显著低于治疗前，且研究组PLI、PD、
SBI及CAL水平均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-17水平均显著低于治疗前，
且研究组血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-17水平均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：益肾坚骨汤配合米诺环
素与西帕依固龈液治疗局限型侵袭性牙周炎，疗效确切，能明显降低其PLI和血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-17水平。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Jiangu decoction combined with minocycline and sipayi gumfixing
fluid in the treatment of limited invasive periodontitis. Methods The patients with limited invasive periodontitis were
randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group (53 cases) was treated with minocycline and sipayi gum-fixing fluid, while
the study group (53 cases) was treated with Yishen Jiangu decoction combined with minocycline and sipayi gum-fixing fluid.
Both groups were treated by the same physician for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after
treatment, and the periodontal index and serum CRP, TNF-a and IL-17 levels were measured in the two groups. Results After
treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 86.79%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group
(66.04%), the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The levels of PLI, PD, SBI and CAL in the two groups were
significantly lower than those before treatment, and the levels of PLI, PD, SBI and CAL in the study group were significantly
lower than those in the control group(P ＜0.05). The levels of serum CRP, TNF-αand IL-17 in both groups were significantly
lower than those before treatment, and the levels of serum CRP, TNF-αand IL-17 in the study group were significantly lower
than those in the control group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of Yishen Jiangu decoction combined with minocycline and
Sipayi gum-fixing fluid for the treatment of limited invasive periodontitis is accurate, can significantly reduce its PLI and serum
CRP, TNF-α, IL-17 levels.
