摘要:
皮肤受损伤或者感染后，局部会产生炎症反应，炎症因子促进成纤维细胞增殖及分泌胶原而形成瘢痕。瘢痕不仅可能引起疼痛、瘙痒等症状，还有可能影响外观，关节部位的瘢痕甚至会影响正常运动功能。目前,瘢痕的常用治疗方法有瘢痕内药物注射、放射治疗、压力疗法、光电治疗及手术治疗等，这些方法各有优缺点，人们对瘢痕的治疗方法仍在探索中。自体脂肪移植是将自体抽吸所得的脂肪，经过提纯处理后，植入治疗受区的一种方法，自体脂肪移植具有安全，简单，成本低和易于获得等优点。由于吸脂技术及提纯技术的提升，自体脂肪移植在整形外科领域得到了广泛的应用。研究发现脂肪组织、脂肪干细胞（ADSCs）及其分泌的细胞因子对瘢痕的治疗有积极作用，目前已成为一种有前景的治疗方法，现回顾近年文献，将自体脂肪移植治疗瘢痕的研究进展综述如下。
Abstract:
Local inflammation will occur after the skin is injured or infected, Inflammatory factors promote the proliferation of fibroblasts and secret collagen to form scars.Scars may not only cause symptoms such as pain and itching, but may also affect appearance. Scars on joints may even affect normal motor function.At present,the commonly used methods for curing scars include drug injection,radiation therapy, pressure therapy, laser therapy,and surgical treatment.These methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.People are still exploring the treatment of scars.Autologous fat transplantation is a method of purifying the adipose tisssue obtained from liposuction and implanting it into the recipient area.Autologous fat transplantation has the advantages of safety,simplicity,low cost and easy availability.Due to the improvement of liposuction technology and purification technology,autologous fat transplantation has been widely used in plastic surgery.Studies have found that adipose tissue, adipose derived stem cells and cytokines their secreted have a positive effect on the treatment of scars,autologous fat transplantation have become a promising treatment method. Now we review the literature in recent years and summarize the research progress of autologous fat transplantation in the treatment of scars
