摘要:
脂肪干细胞是存在于脂肪组织中的具有自我更新和多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,在创面治疗和整形美容方面都已经取得了良好效果。并且,脂肪干细胞具有来源广泛、体内含量多、免疫原性低等优点,临床应用前景十分广泛。但是糖尿病患者异常的体内环境可以影响脂肪干细胞的生物学特性。本文就糖尿病对脂肪干细胞分化能力的影响进行综述。
Abstract:
Adipose derived stem cells existing in adipose tissue are adult stem cells. Adipose derived stem cells have self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation potential,which have achieved good results in wound healing and plastic surgery. Moreover, adipose derived stem cells have many advantages, such as wide source, abundant content in vivo and low immunogenicity,so their clinical application prospect is very wide. However, the abnormal internal environment in diabetic patients can affect the biological characteristics of adipose derived stem cells. This article reviews the effect of diabetes on the differentiation of adipose derived stem cells.
