摘要:
目的：评估加味黄芪桂枝五物汤应用于自体脂肪额部填充术后对水肿消退、脂肪厚度变化及满意度等情况的影响。方法：将64例就诊于笔者医院美容整形科需要进行自体脂肪额部填充的健康女性就医者随机分为实验组和对照组，各32例。两组采取相同的手术方式，对照组术后予以口服抗生素（3 d）及草木犀流浸液片（7 d），实验组予以对照组相同抗生素及加味黄芪桂枝五物汤（7 d）口服。观察两组术后7 d术区疼痛及肿胀情况，术后3个月进行手术效果满意度调查，并对额部脂肪厚度进行比较。结果：术后3个月两组额部皮下脂肪厚度与术前相比均有明显增加，且实验组效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。术后3个月实验组满意度（93.8%）明显高于对照组（75.0%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。术后7 d实验组供脂区和移植区瘀斑、水肿等恢复情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：加味黄芪桂枝五物汤具有温经活络、利水化瘀的作用，在手术初期尽早进行干预可改善术区血瘀水肿、肌肤麻木等状态，缩短手术恢复时间，提高术后整体效果。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction after autologous fat forehead filling. Methods A total of 64 healthy women who need to fill the forehead with autologous fat were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 32 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were treated with the same operation methods. The control group was treated with oral antibiotics (3 d) and melilotus fl ow extract tablets (7 d). The experimental group was given the same antibiotics as the control group and Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction (7 d). The pain and swelling in the operation area of the two groups were observed 7 d after operation. The satisfaction of the operation effect was investigated 3 months after operation, and the thickness of frontal fat was compared. Results Three months after operation, the thickness of subcutaneous fat in the forehead of the two groups after filling were significantly increased compared with that before operation, and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Three months after operation, the satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (93.8% vs 75.0%, P＜0.05). 7 days after operation, the recovery of ecchymosis and edema in the fat donor area and transplantation area in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction has the effects of warming meridians and activating collaterals, promoting water and removing blood stasis. Early intervention in the early stage of operation can improve the blood stasis and edema in the operation area, skin numbness, shorten the recovery time of operation, and improve the overall effect after operation.
