摘要:
从自体脂肪移植技术开展至今，经历了从块状脂肪到颗粒脂肪，从Coleman脂肪到纳米脂肪（Nanofat）、脂肪胶 (Stromal vascular fraction-gel,SVF-gel)，从移植技术的不断改良到细胞辅助移植技术的出现，再到对细胞辅助脂肪移 植技术的不断探索，虽然在基础研究和临床应用方面已经取得了不少成就和经验，但自体脂肪移植技术仍然处于一个发展和 完善的阶段。本文就自体脂肪的衍生物辅助Coleman脂肪移植的研究现状进行综述。
Abstract:
Since the development of autologous fat transplantation technology, it has experienced from block fat to granular fat, from Coleman fat to Nanofat, SVF-gel, from continuous improvement of transplantation technology to the emergence of cell-assisted transplantation technology, and then to cell-assisted fat. The continuous exploration of transplantation technology, although a lot of achievements and experience have been made in basic research and clinical application, the autologous fat transplantation technology is still in a stage of development and improvement. This article reviews the development status of autologous fat derivatives assisted Coleman fat transplantation.
