摘要:
目的：探究毫火针联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法：选取2019年6月-2020年11月笔者医院收 治的中重度痤疮患者80例，采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组40例，对照组40例。对照组采用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏进 行治疗，观察组采用毫火针联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏进行治疗。治疗8周后，比较两组患者的疗效，评估治疗前、治疗8周后的 炎性皮损积分、痤疮严重程度评分（Global acne grading system，Gags），比较两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生情况及 随访1年期间痤疮复发率。结果：观察组治疗有效率为97.50%，高于对照组的85.00%（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组对照组 的炎性皮损评分分别为（15.76±2.85）分、（26.48±3.36）分，Gags评分分别为（11.29±2.25）分、（17.38±2.81） 分，各评分均低于治疗前，且观察组各评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组与对照组的不良反应发生率分别为17.50%和 12.50% ，两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；经过1年的随访，记录患者痤疮复发情况，其中观察组 有5人复发，对照组有13人复发，观察组复发率为12.50%，低于对照组的32.50%（P＜0.05）。结论：毫火针联合多磺酸粘多 糖乳膏能够有效提高中重度痤疮患者的疗效，改善瘢痕情况，同时能够降低寻常痤疮的复发率，治疗安全有效。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical effi cacy of fi liform fi re needle combined with polysulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide cream in the treatment of moderate to severe acne Methods The research subjects selected 80 patients with moderate to severe acne who were treated in the author’s hospital from June 2019 to November 2020. All patients were divided into an observation group of 40 cases and a control group of 40 cases by random number table method. The control group was treated with polysulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide cream, and the observation group was treated with fi liform fi re needle combined with polysulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide cream. After 8 weeks of treatment, the curative effects of the two groups were compared, and the scores of infl ammatory skin lesions, acne severity score (Gags score) before and after 8 weeks of treatment were evaluated. The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and the recurrence rate of acne during 1 year follow-up were compared between the two groups. Results The eff ective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 85.00% in the control group (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the infl ammatory skin lesions scores of the observation group and the control group were (15.76±2.85) points and (26.48±3.36) points, and the Gags scores were (11.29±2.25) points and (17.38±2.81) points, respectively, each score was lower than before treatment, and each score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 17.50% and 12.50%, respectively, and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). After one year follow-up, the acne recurrence of the patients was recorded. Among them, 5 patients in the observation group recurred and 13 patients in the control group recurred. The recurrence rate in the observation group was 12.50%, which was lower than 32.50% in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Filiform fi re needle combined with polysulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide cream can effectively improve the curative effect of patients with moderate to severe acne, and reduce the recurrence rate of acne, which is safe and eff ective.
