[摘要]目的：探究毫火针联合常规药物治疗寻常痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法：选择2017年1月-2020年1月在青县人民医院就
诊的76例寻常痤疮患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组38例。对照组使用异维A酸软胶囊+
甲硝唑软膏治疗，观察组使用异维A酸软胶囊+甲硝唑软膏+毫火针治疗。对比两组的治疗效果、治疗前与治疗后的生活质量
指标、血清炎性因子指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）]、痤疮皮损疼痛程度及不良反应情况。结
果：观察组治疗有效率68.42%，高于对照组的44.74%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗后3个月，观察组的
生活质量评分均高于对照组，观察组的IL-6、TNF-α、痤疮皮损疼痛评分均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。两组治疗过程中的不
良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.000，P ＞0.05）。结论：采用毫火针联合常规药物治疗中度以下寻常痤疮，
可协助提升疗效，改善患者生活质量及痤疮引发的疼痛程度，降低人体炎性因子水平，安全可靠。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of fibro-fire needle combined with conventional drugs on acne.
Methods Seventy-six patients with acne vulgaris who were treated in Qingxian People’s Hospital from January 2017 to January
2020 were selected as the research objects. All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the
random number table, with 38 cases in each group. The control group used isotretinoin soft capsules + metronidazole ointment,
and the observation group was used isotretinoin soft capsules + metronidazole ointment + fibro-fire needle. Compare the
treatment effects of the two groups, the quality of life indicators before and after treatment, serum inflammatory factors [tumor
necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6)], acne skin lesion pain Degree, adverse reaction situation. Results The effective
rate of treatment in the observation group was 68.42%, which was higher than 44.74% in the control group. The difference
was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Three months after treatment, the quality of life scores of the observation group were
higher than those of the control group, and the IL-6, TNF-α, and acne lesion pain scores of the observation group were lower
than those of the control group (P ＜0.05). The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during
treatment was not statistically significant (χ2=0.000, P ＞0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acne vulgaris
below moderate, the use of fibro-fire needle combined with conventional drug treatment strategies can help improve the
efficacy, improve the quality of life and the degree of pain caused by acne, reduce the level of human inflammatory factors, and
be safe and reliable.
