[摘要]目的：观察并评估30%超分子水杨酸治疗痤疮炎症后色素沉着的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选取2018年1月-2019年10
月就诊的痤疮炎症后色素沉着患者40例，予以30%超分子水杨酸外用，治疗间隔4周，共治疗3次，治疗前后予以VISIA采集和
分析图像，每次治疗后随访患者不良反应，治疗结束后4周分析评价数据。结果：痤疮炎症后色素沉着经30%超分子水杨酸治
疗后有效率为87.5%，满意度达90.0%，治疗后出现瘙痒、红斑、脱屑等不适，轻微且短暂。结论：30%超分子水杨酸治疗痤
疮炎症后色素沉着安全且有效,患者满意度较高。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of 30% supramolecular salicylic acid in the
treatment of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation secondary to acne vulgaris. Methods 40 cases patients with postinflammatory
hyperpigmentation were selected from January 2018 to October 2019. They were given topical 30% supramolecular salicylic
acid once every 4 weeks for 3 times. Before and after treatment, the images were collected and analyzed by VISIA. The adverse
reactions of patients were followed up each time, And the data was analysed and evaluated 4 weeks after the last treatment.
Results After treatment with 30% supramolecular salicylic acid, the effective rate was 87.5% and the satisfaction rate was 90%.
There were some discomfort, such as itching, erythema, and desquamation. However, they were slight and short. Conclusion
30% supramolecular salicylic acid is safe and effective in treating post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation of patients secondary
to acne vulgaris.
