摘要:
目的：研究耳穴综合治疗联合火针对面部寻常痤疮的临床疗效和皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法：选取2020年6月-2022 年1月笔者医院收治的面部寻常痤疮患者80例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=40）和研究组（n=40）。对照组采用常 规治疗（多西环素胶囊+阿达帕林凝胶）联合火针法，研究组在对照组基础上采用耳穴综合治疗。比较治疗前后两组皮损 严重程度（Global acne grading system,GAGS）、皮肤屏障功能[皮肤经皮水丢失（Transepidermal waterloss,TEWL）、 角质层含水量（Stratum corneum hydration,SCH）、pH值]、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α（Tumor necrosis factor-α， TNF-α ）、白细胞介素-6（Interleukin-6，IL-6）、超敏-C反应蛋白（Hypersensitive C-reactive protein，hs-CRP）] 水平，并统计两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果：研究组总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后，研究组 GAGS 评分、TEWL、pH值及TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平显著低于对照组，SCH显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生 率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：耳穴综合治疗联合火针可有效减轻面部寻常痤疮患者皮损严重程度及炎症反应， 恢复皮肤屏障功能，临床效果显著。
Abstract:
Objective To study the eff ect of auricular points comprehensive treatment combined with fi re needle on clinical efficacy and skin barrier function in patients with facial acne. Methods A total of 80 patients with facial acne admitted to the author’s hospital from June 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group (n=40) and study group (n=40) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with routine treatment (doxycycline tablets+adapalene gel) combined with fire needle, and the study group was treated with auricular points comprehensive treatment on the basis of the control group. The severity of lesions (GAGS score), skin barrier function [ transepidermal water loss (TEWL), stratum corneum hydration (SCH), pH value ], infl ammatory factors [hypersensitive C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6)] were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the clinical effi cacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were counted. Results Compared with the control group, the total eff ective rate of the study group increased signifi cantly (P ＜0.05); after treatment, the GAGS score, TEWL, pH value and TNF-α, IL-6 and hs-CRP levels in the study group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group, and SCH was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05); there was no signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Auricular points comprehensive treatment combined with fi re needle can eff ectively reduce the severity of lesions and infl ammatory response in patients with facial acne and restore skin barrier function.
