摘要:
中面部除皱术，又称中面部提升术，因其可高效除皱并可长期维持手术效果，一直受到患者的青睐和学术界的关注。 近年来，在面部年轻化手术治疗领域，学者们做了大量的工作，很多学者从不同的角度回顾了中面部除皱术的研究进展，本 文按照历史的进程总结除皱术的解剖及术式演变的关系，并就并发症的发生率及预防和处理手段综述如下。
Abstract:
Rhytidectomy, also known as Facelift, has been favoured by patients and paid attention by academics because it can remove wrinkles effi ciently and maintain the surgical results for a long time. In recent years, Chinese scholars have done a lot of work in the fi eld of facial rejuvenation surgery, many scholars have reviewed the research progress of middle face lift from diff erent perspectives. However, there are few articles that comprehensively summarize the most relevant anatomical details combined with the evolution of surgical methods and complications. This paper will describe the relationship between the anatomy and the evolution of surgical methods one by one according to the historical process of wrinkle removal, and fi nally describe the incidence of complications, prevention and treatment in detail.
