摘要:
目的：探讨脂肪干细胞胶面部精细化填充的效果及对面部美学的影响。方法：选择2021年1月-2022年3月笔者医院收 治的预进行面部填充的80例就医者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组40例。对照组采用自体颗粒脂肪 进行填充，观察组采用脂肪干细胞胶进行精细化填充。填充后6个月，比较两组就医者对填充效果的满意率、二次手术率、 并发症发生率及面部美学（面部轮廓、面部容积与面部年轻化）评分。结果：术后6个月，观察组填充效果满意率高于对照 组（P＜0.05），观察组面部轮廓、面部容积及面部年轻化美学评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组二次手术率低于对照 组（P＜0.05）；两组并发症发生情况比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：与自体颗粒脂肪填充相比，脂肪干细胞胶 面部精细化填充的效果更优，对面部美学的改善程度更佳。
Abstract:
Objective To discuss the effect of stromal vascular fraction gel on facial volume fine filling and its affectfacial aesthetics. Methods From January 2021 to March 2022, 80 patients preparing for facial volume fi lling in the author’s hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group.The control group was fi lled with autologous granules fat,while the observation group was fi nely fi lled with stromal vascular fraction gel.6 months after the fi lling,the satisfaction rate of fi lling effect,the second operation rate,the complication rate and the facial aesthetic score(facial contour,facial volume and facial rejuvenation) was compared between the two groups. Results Six months after operation, the satisfaction rate of fi lling eff ect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). The facial contour,facial volume and aesthetic scores of facial rejuvenation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). The secondary operation rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). There was no signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Compared with autologous granular fat fi lling,the stromal vascular fraction gel had better facial volume fi ne fi lling eff ect and better improvement degree of facial aesthetics.
