[摘要]婴幼儿血管瘤（infantile hemangioma，IH）是一种皮肤良性肿瘤，小儿常见。大部分在1岁后可逐步消退不留痕
迹，有少部分患儿不能完全自愈。对于血管瘤面积较大或进行性扩展、位于头颈部等特殊部位影响美观而风险等级较高的患
儿，多数学者建议仍需早期干预。故选择治疗方法前应进行分类及疾病风险评估，IH治疗方法多种多样，传统的治疗方法有
糖皮质激素及抗肿瘤化学药物等，但都存在潜在的严重副作用使之不能满足临床需要。随着激光、β受体阻滞剂和硬化剂等
的使用，其治疗方法呈现出多样化，本文就IH的治疗进展作一综述。

Abstract:

Abstract: Infantile hemangioma (IH) is a benign skin tumor that is common in children. Most of them can gradually disappear
after 1 year of age without leaving traces, but a small number of children cannot fully self-heal. For children with large areas or
progressive expansion of the hemangioma located in the head, neck and other special areas affecting the aesthetic and for high
risk children, most scholars suggest that early intervention is still required. Therefore, classification and disease risk assessment
should be performed before the treatment is selected. Among the various treatments for IH, the traditional treatment methods
include use of glucocorticoids and anti-tumor chemicals, but all of them have serious side effects that cannot meet the clinical
needs. With the popularization of laser, the use of β-blockers and sclerosing agents, the treatment methods have diversified. This
article will review the progress of treatment of IH.
