摘要:
目的：探讨微针联合氨甲环酸溶液局部治疗红斑型毛细血管扩张性酒渣鼻的临床观察。方法：选择2018年2月-2019年10月在笔者医院就诊的红斑型毛细血管扩张性酒渣鼻患者92例，采用随机方法将其分为常规组和研究组，每组46例，常规组给予染料激光治疗，研究组给予微针联合氨甲环酸溶液局部治疗。观察两组患者总疗效、不良反应、复发情况、疼痛情况及皮肤生理情况。结果：研究组患者总有效率高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患者疼痛评分低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组患者皮肤红斑值低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），研究组角质层水含量高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，研究组角质层水含量高于常规组，皮肤红斑值低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患者总不良反应率及复发率均低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：微针联合氨甲环酸溶液局部治疗红斑型毛细血管扩张性酒渣鼻有较高临床疗效，促进皮肤屏障功能恢复，有较高安全性，且不易复发。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of microneedle combined with topical tranexamic acid solution in the treatment of erythrotelangiectatic rosacea. Methods 92 patients with erythrotelangiectatic rosacea in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled, and randomly divided into two groups, each with 46 cases. Routine group received dye laser treatment, while study group received microneedle combined with topical tranexamic acid solution. Then the clinical efficacy, adverse reaction rate, recurrence rate, pain degree and skin physiological indexes were compared between groups. Results The clinical efficacy of study group was higher than that of routine group (P ＜0.05). The pain score of study group was lower than that of control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, erythema index was decreased (P ＜0.05), and keraphyllous water increased (P ＜0.05). Both changes were more significant in study group than in control group (P＜0.05). The total adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate of study group were lower than those of control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Application of microneedle combined with topical tranexamic acid solution in the treatment of erythrotelangiectatic rosacea can effectively and safely promote the recovery of skin barrier function, with low recurrence rate.
