摘要:
目的：分析卤米松乳膏联合他克莫司软膏治疗神经性皮炎患者的临床疗效、症状积分及对美观度的影响。方法：回顾性分析2017年10月-2019年11月在笔者医院收治的97例神经性皮炎患者的临床资料。根据治疗方式不同将患者分为单独治疗组（卤米松乳膏）43例，联合治疗组（卤米松乳膏联合他克莫司软膏）54例。对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后症状积分、美观度以及局部不良反应情况。结果：治疗后，联合组治疗总有效率（98.14%）明显高于单独治疗组（88.37%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗前症状积分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗后两组患者症状积分均降低，而且联合治疗组症状积分明显低于单独治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，联合治疗组美观度良好率明显高于单独治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组患者均无严重不良反应情况出现，单组治疗组不良反应总发率为6.98%，联合治疗组为5.56%，两者比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：卤米松乳膏联合他克莫司软膏治疗神经性皮炎临床疗效好，可缓解患者临床症状，提高皮肤美观度，安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of halomethasone emulsifiable paste combined with tacrolimus ointment on the clinical efficacy, symptom score and aesthetic degree of patients with neurodermatitis. Methods The clinical data of 97 patients with neurodermatitis admitted in our hospital from October 2017 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different treatments, patients were divided into 43 cases in the single treatment group (halometasone emulsifiable paste) and 54 cases in the combined treatment group (halometasone emulsifiable paste combined with tacrolimus ointment). The clinical efficacy, symptom score before and after treatment, aesthetic degree and local adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the combined group (98.14%) was significantly higher than that of the single treatment group (88.37%) (P ＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores of patients in the two groups decreased, and the symptom scores of the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those of the single treatment group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the good rate of aesthetic degree in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the single treatment group (P＜0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups. The total incidence of adverse reactions was 6.98% in the single treatment group and 5.56% in the combined treatment group. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion Halometasone emulsifiable paste combined with tacrolimus ointment has a good clinical effect on patients with neurodermatitis, can relieve patients’ clinical symptoms, improve skin aesthetics, and has high safety.
