摘要:
目的：探讨微种植体支抗在口腔正畸应用中的临床效果研究。方法：将104例口腔正畸患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组52例。对照组接受口外弓加强支抗技术进行治疗，研究组接受微种植体支抗技术进行治疗，两组均治疗12个月。比较两组正畸效果，上颌骨、上颌牙治疗效果，下颌骨、下颌牙治疗效果及总不良反应发生率。结果：治疗12个月后，研究组正畸成功率为100.00%，显著高于对照组的75.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。与治疗前比较，治疗12个月后，两组SNA、ANB、U1-SN均降低，且研究组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；上中切牙凸角差、SNB、L1-MP均升高，且研究组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗期间，研究组总不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（9.62% vs.21.15%，P＜0.05）。结论：相比口外弓加强支抗技术，微种植体支抗技术可明显改善口腔正畸患者上颌骨、上颌牙、下颌骨及下颌牙指标，有助于提高正畸效果，且安全性更高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application effect of microscrew implant anchorage and external arch reinforcement anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods 104 cases of orthodontic patients were divided into the study group and the control group randomly, with 52 cases in each group. The control group received external arch reinforcement anchorage, while the study group received microscrew implant anchorage, and the two groups received treatment for 12 months. The results of orthodontic, the treatment effects of maxillary and maxillary teeth, mandible and mandibular teeth, incidence of total adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 12 months of treatment, the orthodontic success rate of the study group was 100%, significantly higher than that of the control group (75.00%, P ＜0.05). After 12 months of treatment, the SNA, U1-SN and ANB in the two groups were all lower than before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05). After 12 months of treatment, the convex angle, L1-MP and SNB of upper central incisors were all higher than those before treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). During treatment, the incidence of total adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (9.62% vs 21.15%, P＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with external arch reinforcement anchorage, microscrew implant anchorage could significantly improve the indexes of maxillary, maxillary teeth, mandible and mandibular teeth in orthodontic patients, which was helpful to improve the orthodontic effect and with higher security.
