摘要:
目的：探讨基于成年烧伤患者延续性护理需求分析的护理干预效果。方法：将2017年2月-2020年2月笔者医院收治的373例手部烧伤患者纳入本次研究。按照出院后的管理方法分为观察组（延续性护理）和对照组（常规出院指导），分别为170例和203例。两组患者分别于干预前（出院当日）、干预后（出院后3个月）采用SF-36生活质量评价量表评价患者的生活质量；采用Fugl-Meyer运动评估量表（FMA）进行手腕部的功能评价。结果：两组干预后SF-36量表各项目评分均显著高于干预前（P＜0.05）。观察组干预后SF-36量表各项目评分均显著高于对照组干预后（P＜0.05）。两组干预后FMA评分均明显高于干预前（P＜0.05），拇指与食指对捏次数明显多于干预前（P＜0.05），腕关节背伸活动度明显大于干预前（P＜0.05）。观察组以上手功能相关项目改善的更加显著（P＜0.05）。结论：烧伤患者对延续性护理需求涵盖的方面较多，实施延续性护理将有助于提升患者的总体生命质量，促进肢体功能的恢复。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on the analysis of continuing nursing needs of adult burn patients. Methods 373 patients with hand burns admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were included in this study. According to post-discharge management methods, the patients were divided into observation group (continuous care) and control group (routine discharge guidance), with 170 and 203 cases respectively. Before intervention (discharge day) and after intervention (3 months after discharge), SF-36 quality of life Scale was used to evaluate the quality of life o f the patients, Fugl-meyer Assessment Scale (FMA) was used to evaluate the function of the wrist. Results Scores of each item in the SF-36 scale after intervention were significantly higher in both groups than before intervention (P＜0.05). Scores of all items in the SF-36 scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after intervention (P＜0.05). FMA score after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention (P＜0.05), the number of pinching between thumb and index finger was significantly higher than that before intervention (P＜0.05), and the wrist dorsiflexion range was significantly higher than that before intervention (P＜0.05). The improvement of hand function related items was more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05). Conclusion The continuous nursing needs of burn patients cover many aspects, and the implementation of continuous nursing will help improve the overall quality of life of patients and promote the recovery of limb function.
