摘要:
剖宫产术后皮肤瘢痕是目前普遍存在但易被忽视的现象，一旦发生会影响产妇身体状况、生活质量和心理健康。早期 识别影响因素有助于降低剖宫产术后皮肤病理性瘢痕的发生率，提高产妇生活质量，使其获得积极的产后体验，对于促进适 龄女性的生育信心具有重要意义。本文就剖宫产术后皮肤病理性瘢痕的发生现况及其影响因素进行综述。
Abstract:
Caesarean skin scars is a prevalent but easily overlooked phenomenon that, once occurring, can affect maternal physical status, quality of life, and mental health. Early identifi cation of infl uencing factors can help to reduce the incidence of pathological scars after cesarean section and improve maternal quality of life, so that they can have a positive postpartum experience, and it is also of great signifi cance to promote fertility confi dence in women of appropriate age. This article provides a review of the current state of maternal pathological scar occurrence after cesarean section and the infl uencing factors.
