摘要:
糖尿病足溃疡(Diabetic foot ulcers,DFUs)是糖尿病晚期的严重并发症,是糖尿病患者致残、致死的主要原因之 一,在我国发病率逐年升高,已成为加重社会负担的重大公共卫生问题。DFUs由内外多重因素导致,包括糖代谢紊乱所致皮 肤微环境变化、感染、创伤等,往往难以治愈,消耗高昂的医疗资源。因此,找到更有效的疗法非常重要。目前,糖尿病足 创面的常规治疗已渐渐被再生医学疗法如干细胞、富血小板血浆、外泌体和功能性RNAs等取代。本文根据最新研究进展对糖 尿病足难愈创面的再生医学修复方式予以综述。
Abstract:
Diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs) are serious complications of advanced diabetes and one of the main causes of disability and death in diabetic patients. The incidence of DFUs is increasing year by year in China and has become a major public health problem that increases social burden. DFUs is caused by multiple internal and external factors, including changes in skin microenvironment, infection and trauma caused by glucose metabolism disorders, which are often diffi cult to cure and consume high medical resources. So fi nding more eff ective treatments is very important. At present, the conventional treatment of diabetic foot wounds has been gradually replaced by regenerative medicine therapy such as stem cells, platelet-rich plasma, exosomes and functional RNAs. Based on the latest research progress, this paper reviews the regenerative medical repair methods of refractory diabetic foot wounds.
