[摘要]目的:探讨富血小板纤维蛋白(Platelet-rich fibrin,PRF)对牙龈缺损软组织修复及再生能力的影响。方法:按照
随机数字表法将2019年1月-12月笔者医院收治的80例牙龈软组织缺损患者分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。两组分别在软组
织缺损位置植入PRF膜与海奥口腔修复膜,比较两组的愈合时间及术后第5天、第10天的愈合率及创面分泌物中胶原酶-1水
平;术后第5天,对两组患者的创面疼痛、肿胀及出血进行评分。结果:观察组的愈合时间明显短于对照组(P <0.05);观察
组在术后第5天、第10天的愈合率均明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组术后第5天、第10天的创面分泌物中胶原酶-1水平均
明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组术后第5天的创面疼痛、肿胀及出血评分均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:PRF能够诱
导牙龈缺损软组织的修复及再生。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To discuss the effects of platelet-rich fibrin(PRF) on soft tissue repair and regeneration of periodontal
defects. Methods According to the random number method, 80 patients with periodontal tissue defects who were divided into
the observation group and the control group in our hospital from January to December 2019, with 40 patients in each group.
PRF membrane and Haio oral repair membrane was implanted in the site of soft tissue defect in the observation group and the
control group, respectively. The healing time was compared between the two groups. Thealing rate and collagenase-1 level
of wound secretions were compared between the two groups at the 5th and 10th day after surgery. The wound pain, swelling
and bleeding was scored in two groups at the 5th day after surgery. Results The healing time in the observation group was
significantly shorter than that in the control group(P <0.05). At the 5th and 10th day after surgery, the healing rate in the
observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05), the healing rate and collagenase-1 level of
wound secretions in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). At the 5th day after
surgery, the wound pain, swelling and bleeding scores in he observation group were significantly lower than that in the control
group(P <0.05). Conclusion PRF could induce the soft tissue repair and regeneration of periodontal defects.
