摘要:
自体脂肪移植术已有一百多年历史，如何提高移植脂肪存活率，减少并发症，一直是整形外科的研究热点。整形科医生们仔细研究了术中的每一个步骤，如：供区的选择、脂肪的获取、纯化、注射的方法等以求提高移植存活率。近十几年来，在移植前处理脂肪的方法上有较多新理论、新技术出现，如：提取及添加基质血管成分与脂肪来源干细胞、制成纳米脂肪与基质血管成分胶等。脂肪移植前进行纯化和加工是有必要且有益的，本文针对脂肪移植的处理技术以及相应处理对移植脂肪的影响进行综述。
Abstract:
Autologous fat transplantation has a history of more than 100 years. How to improve the survival rate of fat transplantation and reduce complications has always been a hot topic in plastic surgery.In order to improve the survival rate of transplantation,plastic surgeons carefully studied every step of the operation, such as the choice of donor site,fat acquisition, purification, injection methods, etc.In recent ten years,there are many new theories and technologies in fat pretreatment,such as extraction and addition of stromal vascular fraction and adipose-derived stem cells,processing of nano fat and stromal vascular fraction gel(SVF-Gel),etc.It is necessary and beneficial to purify and process fat before transplantation.This article reviews the processing technology of fat transplantation and the effect of corresponding process on fat transplantation
