摘要:
目的:观察点阵CO2激光联合积雪苷霜软膏治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的疗效。方法:纳入2021年9月-2022年2月笔者医院收 治的60例凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予以点阵CO2激光 治疗,观察组在此基础上加用积雪苷霜软膏涂抹患处。比较两组临床疗效,不良反应及平均误工期,治疗前、治疗4个月后 皮肤屏障功能[皮肤含水量、经皮水分丢失量(Trans epidermal water loss,TEWL)、油脂]及疗效评分。结果:治疗4个月 后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),平均误工期短于对照 组(P<0.05);观察组皮肤含水量高于对照组,TEWL、油脂水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组美观度评分量表主观、客 观维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:点阵CO2激光联合积雪苷霜软膏治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕疗效确切,可减少点阵CO2 激光术后不良反应,缩短恢复时间,提高皮肤屏障功能与美观度。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of fractional CO2 laser combined with asiaticoside ointment in the treatment of depressed acne scars. Methods 60 patients with depressed acne scars admitted to the author’s hospital between September 2021 and February 2022 were enrolled as the research subjects, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with fractional CO2 laser, while the observation group was combined with asiaticoside ointment applied to the aff ected area. The clinical effi cacy, adverse reactions and average missed work period as well as skin barrier function [ skin hydration, trans epidermal water loss (TEWL), grease]and cosmetic effect score before treatment and after 4 months of treatmentwere compared between the two groups. Results After 4 months of treatment, the total eff ective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The total incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the average missed work period was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).The skin hydration in the observation group was higher than that in the control group while the TEWL and grease were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fractional CO2 laser combined with asiaticoside ointment is eff ective in the treatment of depressed acne scars, and it can reduce the adverse reactions after fractional CO2 laser treatment, shorten the recovery time, and enhance the skin barrier function and aesthetic eff ect.
