[摘要]目的：探讨点阵CO2激光联合异维A酸治疗寻常痤疮的治疗效果。方法：选择2018年5月-2020年5月笔者医院收治的80
例寻常痤疮患者为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为治疗组（n =40）和对照组（n =40）。对照组：口服异维A酸胶丸治疗；
治疗组：在对照组的基础上给予点阵CO2激光治疗，两组均持续治疗3个月。比较两组治疗3个月后的疗效，比较治疗前、
治疗1、3个月后的疼痛程度及治疗前、治疗3个月后的皮肤指标及血清炎性因子水平。结果：治疗3个月后，治疗组总有效
率高于对照组（97.50% vs 82.50%，P ＜0.05）。与治疗前比较，治疗1、3个月后，两组VAS评分呈逐渐降低趋势，治疗
组低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；治疗3个月后，两组角质层含水量较治疗前升高，治疗组高于对照组（P ＜0.05），而经皮水分
丢失量、皮损评分及血清IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平较治疗前降低，治疗组低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：点阵CO2激光联
合异维A酸可明显减轻寻常痤疮患者的疼痛程度及炎症反应，进而有助于改善患者皮肤指标，提高疗效。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of fractional CO2 laser combined with isotretinoin on patients with
acne vulgaris. Methods 80 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to our hospital between May 2018 and May 2020 were
selected and divided into the treatment group (n =40) and the control group (n =40) by random number table. The control group
was treated with isotretinoin capsules orally, and the observation group was treated with fractional CO2 laser on the basis of
the control group. Both groups continued treatment for 3 months. The curative effect after 3 months of treatment, the pain
before and after 1, 3 months of treatment, the skin indexes and serum inflammatory factor levels before and after 3 months
of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment, the total effective rate of the
treatment group was higher than the control group (97.50% vs 82 .50%, P ＜0.05). Compared with before treatment, after 1,
3 months of treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups gradually decreasedt, and the treatment group was lower than the
control group (P ＜0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the water content of the stratum corneum in the two groups was higher
than that before treatment, and the treatment group was higher than the control group (P ＜0.05), while the transcutaneous water
loss, skin lesion score,serum IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α levels were lower than before treatment, and the treatment group was lower than
the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Fractional CO2 laser combined with isotretinoin could significantly reduce the pain
and inflammation of patients with acne vulgaris, thereby helping to improve the patient’s skin indexes and improve the efficacy.
