摘要:
目的：评价清肺凉血消痤汤结合红蓝光治疗寻常痤疮疗效及对皮肤屏障的改善作用。方法：以2018年6月-2021年5月笔者医院皮肤科收治的寻常痤疮患者82例为观察对象，依据随机对照法将患者分为两组。其中对照组41例患者采用红蓝光治疗，观察组41例患者在对照组治疗的基础上口服清肺凉血消痤汤。对比两组疗效、中医证候积分，皮损积分、角质层含水量、TEWL、R2和EI。结果：治疗总有效率方面对比，观察组较对照组高（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组大便干结、颜面潮红、油腻、小便黄以及口干口苦等中医证候积分降幅高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后丘疹、脓疱、结节囊肿和粉刺等皮损积分降低幅度优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后角质层含水量、R2升高幅度优于对照组，TEWL和EI降低幅度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：清肺凉血消痤汤结合红蓝光治疗寻常痤疮疗效确切，值得进一步研究探讨。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Qingfei Liangxue Xiaocuo Decoction combined with red and blue light in the treatment of acne and the improvement of skin barrier. Methods A total of 82 cases of acne patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2021,which were selected as the observation subjects. According to the randomized control method, the patients were divided into observation group and reference group, with 41 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with red and blue light. Observation group was additionally given lung clearing, blood cooling and removing Cuodecoction, and both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Contrast two groups the treatment curative effect, TCM symptoms, reduction of skin lesions, corneous layer water content, TEWL, R2 and EI. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group (P＜0.05). The TCM symptoms scores of facial fl ushing, greasy face dry mouth and bitter mouth, dry stool and yellow urine in the observation group after treatment,were lower than reference group (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the reduction of skin lesions such as papules, pustules, nodules and acne in the observation group was better than reference group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the increase of corneum water content and R2 in the observation group was better than reference group, and the decrease of TEWL and EI in the observation group was better than that in the reference group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Qingfei Liangxue Xiaocuo Decoction combined with red and blue light has a definite effect on the treatment of acne. It is worthy of further study and exploration
