摘要:
目的：探究果酸联合红蓝光治疗面部脂溢性皮炎的疗效。方法：选取笔者医院2021年2月-2021年11月间收治的98例面 部脂溢性皮炎患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，对照组（n=49）给予果酸治疗，观察组（n=49） 在对照组的基础上加以红蓝光联合治疗，比较两组临床疗效、皮肤症状评分、皮肤屏障功能及血清炎症水平变化。结果： 观察组临床有效率为95.92%，显著高于对照组的81.63%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗8周后，瘙痒、红肿、刺痛 感、糠样脱屑症状评分均降低（P＜0.05），皮肤含水量均升高（P＜0.05），皮脂分泌率、油脂含量、皮肤经皮水分流失量 （TEWL）水平均降低（P＜0.05），IFN-γ、TNF-α水平均降低，IL-10水平均升高（P＜0.05），且观察组改善均优于对照 组，差异均有统计学意义；两组不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义。结论：果酸联合红蓝光治疗面部脂溢性皮炎疗效显著， 临床症状和皮肤屏障改善明显，且安全性较好。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effi cacy of alpha-hydroxy acid combined with red-blue phototherapy in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis. Methods 98 patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis in the hospital between February 2021 and November 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method. The control group (n=49) was given alpha-hydroxy acid, while the observation group (n=49) was additionally given red-blue phototherapy based on the control group. The clinical effi cacy, skin symptoms scores, skin barrier function, and serum inflammation level were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical eff ective rate of 95.92% in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than 81.63% in the control group (P ＜0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of symptoms such as itching, redness, tingling sensation, and desquamation was signifi cantly reduced (P ＜0.05) while the skin water content was signifi cantly enhanced (P ＜0.05), and the sebum secretion rate, grease content and skin transepidermal water loss (TEWL) were signifi cantly decreased (P ＜0.05), and the levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α were signifi cantly declined (P ＜0.05) while the level of IL-10 was signifi cantly elevated (P＜0.05), and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group. There were statistically signifi cant diff erences in the above indicators. There was no statistical signifi cance in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Alpha-hydroxy acid combined with red-blue phototherapy has significant efficacy in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis, and it can signifi cantly improve the clinical symptoms and skin barrier and it is relatively safe.
