摘要:
目的：观察“针-药-低温冷喷”三联序贯疗法治疗颜面再发性皮炎的临床疗效，并运用皮肤镜对皮损治疗前后进行 观察对比。方法：选取2019年3月-2020年10月来院治疗的68例颜面再发性皮炎患者，随机分成治疗组（n=34）和对照组 （n=34），治疗前后两组患者皮损处均进行皮肤镜观察对比。治疗组内服中药凉血消斑汤，同时根据皮损特点于皮损处行火 针治疗后低温冷喷，并外用止痛消炎膏外敷；对照组给予盐酸西替利嗪片口服，同时给予低温冷喷并配合外用重组人表皮生 长因子凝胶。治疗结束后，对两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、皮损改善情况、不良反应及复发率进行分析评估。结果：治疗 后，两组患者症状评分较治疗前均明显下降，且治疗组有效率优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后，治疗组患者症状评分优于 对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组不良反应发生率及复发率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）皮肤镜检测结果显示，治疗组患者皮损较对 照组改善明显，患者满意度高于对照组。结论：“针-药-低温冷喷”三联序贯疗法治疗颜面再发性皮炎可明显减轻面部皮损 严重程度，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective Observe the clinical effi cacy of the "needle medicine low-temperature cold spray" triple sequential therapy in the treatment of recurrent facial dermatitis, and compare the observation of skin lesions before and after treatment using dermatoscopy. Methods 68 patients with recurrent facial dermatitis who came to the hospital for treatment from March 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into a treatment group (n=34) and a control group (n=34). The skin lesions of the two groups of patients were observed and compared under dermatoscopy before and after treatment. The treatment group took the traditional Chinese medicine Liangxue Xiaoban Tang internally, and at the same time, according to the characteristics of the skin lesion, performed fi re needle treatment at the site of the lesion, followed by low-temperature cold spraying, and external application of pain relieving and anti-inflammatory ointment. The control group was given cetirizine hydrochloride tablets orally, and cold spray at low temperature combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel for external use. After treatment, analyze and evaluate the clinical effi cacy, improvement of skin lesions, adverse reactions, and recurrence rate of the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the symptom scores of both groups of patients signifi cantly decreased compared to before treatment, and the eff ective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); After treatment, the symptom score, incidence of adverse reactions, and recurrence rate of patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The results of dermatoscopy examination showed that the treatment group had signifi cantly improved skin lesions compared to the control group, and patient satisfaction was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The triple sequential therapy of "needle medicine low-temperature cold spray" can signifi cantly reduce the severity of facial skin lesions in the treatment of recurrent facial dermatitis, with signifi cant therapeutic eff ects, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
